Firm Acquires AI Infrastructure Company

La Rosa Holdings Corp., primarily a real estate and PropTech company, is making a strategic shift towards AI infrastructure by acquiring Consensus Core Technologies. Consensus Core Technologies builds and operates physical and digital infrastructure for the AI economy, specializing in GPUs for AI and advanced computing. This growth is driven by increasing demand for high-performance AI compute infrastructure and the rising adoption of GPU and accelerator-based systems. AI's energy demands are substantial, with AI-focused hyperscale data centers consuming as much electricity as 100,000 households annually. Consensus Core targets over 2 gigawatts of potential power capacity across North American locations. La Rosa's acquisition of Consensus is structured as an all-equity exchange. Upon closing, La Rosa's shareholders are expected to own approximately 3.10% of the combined company, while Consensus equity holders will own about 96.90%.
