AI Trading Bot Launches on Telegram
Aevoxyz has launched a Telegram AI trading bot for executing automated strategies. The team also released an open-source Python server with over 45 tools to help developers build their own custom agents for analysis, risk management, and execution.
The Aevo platform operates on a custom layer-2 blockchain built on the OP Stack, an optimistic rollup framework. This architecture allows for high-speed transaction processing, exceeding 5,000 transactions per second, while still settling trades on-chain for security. The exchange uses a hybrid model with an off-chain order book for rapid trade matching and on-chain settlement, aiming to combine the performance of a centralized exchange with the security of a decentralized one. Aevo is the evolution of Ribbon Finance, a protocol known for its structured crypto products. The team behind the project includes professionals with experience from major financial and tech companies such as Coinbase, Kraken, and Goldman Sachs. The platform has secured $16.6 million in funding from prominent investors including Paradigm, Dragonfly Capital, and Coinbase Ventures. The newly released open-source Python server provides developers with a suite of tools for building custom trading solutions. Functionalities accessible through the SDK and a related MCP (Model Context Protocol) server include managing account information, viewing portfolios and positions, accessing order book data, and creating or canceling orders. This allows for the development of sophisticated, automated trading and risk management agents. The launch of the AI trading bot on Telegram makes Aevo's derivative products, including perpetual futures and options, more accessible. This move is part of a broader trend of decentralized finance protocols leveraging Telegram's platform to offer users features like copy trading, automated strategies, and real-time market analysis directly within the messaging app.
