The 19th annual Jazz in the Gardens featured a blend of R&B nostalgia and contemporary hip-hop energy. The festival aims to celebrate Black music and culture, uniting iconic performers for a dynamic weekend. Ludacris closed out the festival with a set featuring surprise appearances from Trina, Trick Daddy, and DJ Khaled. Nelly brought out Murphy Lee, a fellow member of the St. Lunatics. DJ D-Nice hosted a set with SWV, Donell Jones, Sunshine Anderson, and Case. Mýa, Ella Mai, and Joe also delivered memorable performances, with Mya reflecting on the unique connection she feels with Miami. The festival is hosted by the City of Miami Gardens and produced by the Black Promoters Collective. The Black Promoters Collective strives to push the festival's creative boundaries.
