Arizona Game and Fish Department directs exhibitor and sponsorship inquiries to Jesse Goodfellow (jgoodfellow@azgfd.gov; 623‑236‑7220) for this year’s Outdoor Expo. (azgfd.com) The venue is the Ben Avery Shooting Facility in north Phoenix, a publicly operated complex that spans about 1,650 acres and averages more than 120,000 shooters annually. (azgfd.com) Promotional materials and trade notices list more than 120 exhibitors slated to participate, while recent reporting notes the event has historically drawn in excess of 30,000 attendees in past editions. (theoutdoorwire.com) On-site programming this year includes live wildlife ambassador presentations, a kids’ fishing tank, supervised shooting-sports “try it” ranges, a wildlife-assets tent with auction items, and multiple conservation-education booths. (azgfd.com) Event hours were shortened to 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. both days in an AZGFD safety update issued March 20, citing forecasted record‑high temperatures as the reason for the change. (azgfd.com) Prize-pack sponsors named for the expo include Marsupial Gear, No Excuse Hunting and Outdoors, Umarex USA and Get Outdoors Products, and the organizer notes that food‑vendor slots are available by invitation only.
