Antonee Robinson's preference for Liverpool comes as the Merseyside club faces a potential transition at the left-back position. Manchester United's interest is fueled by a desire to solidify their own left-back options. The club has reportedly been monitoring Robinson as a reliable alternative, given the recurring injury concerns surrounding their current first-choice, Luke Shaw. Fulham holds a strong negotiating position should either club make a formal approach. In July 2023, Robinson signed a new long-term contract that keeps him at Craven Cottage until the summer of 2028. His reported valuation is around £25 million. The American international has been a standout performer for Fulham since joining from Wigan Athletic in 2020 for £2 million.
