Anyma’s rescheduled Coachella show

Anyma is back on Coachella’s main stage Friday night, with the festival still listing his full ÆDEN show for a midnight Weekend 2 set. (timeout.com) His first attempt never happened. Coachella canceled Anyma’s Weekend 1 performance about 15 minutes after its scheduled 12 a.m. start on April 10, saying “strong wind conditions” were affecting the stage build. (billboard.com) The set was supposed to close the main Coachella Stage after Sabrina Carpenter on opening night. Time Out Los Angeles reported that the same midnight main-stage slot is now set again for Friday, April 17. (billboard.com) (timeout.com) ÆDEN is not a standard club-style DJ set. Time Out described it as a tightly choreographed audiovisual production in which the music, visuals and lighting are synced together, and Billboard reported that Anyma had spent a year building the show for Coachella. (timeout.com) (billboard.com) That helps explain why the cancellation turned into one of the festival’s biggest Weekend 1 storylines. The Los Angeles Times reported that Anyma is one of the clearest differences between Weekend 1 and Weekend 2 because he now gets another chance to debut the production in Indio. (latimes.com) Anyma did appear before Weekend 1 ended, but not in the form fans expected. Time Out Los Angeles said he played a last-minute Do LaB set on Sunday, and DJ Mag reported that he joined Marlon Hoffstadt there, with LISA also appearing. (timeout.com) (djmag.com) Coachella’s public schedule page shows the festival running April 10-12 and April 17-19, 2026, with Weekend 2 opening Friday. That makes Friday night’s midnight slot the first chance to see whether the full build can finally go up as planned. (coachella.com)
