Martin Fitzwater's Arnold Classic Chest Prep

Men's Open frontrunner Martin Fitzwater shared his final chest workout just 3 days before the 2026 Arnold Classic. The 'smoked' chest session focuses on maximum muscular fullness and detail for contest prep. Posted to Instagram and YouTube for transparent prep insights.

Fitzwater enters the Columbus, Ohio competition with significant momentum, having won the EVLS Prague Pro back-to-back in 2024 and 2025. His 2025 Prague victory was particularly notable as he defeated former Mr. Olympia Samson Dauda just weeks after placing fifth at the 2025 Mr. Olympia competition. His breakthrough year was 2024, when he secured his first IFBB Pro victory at the Detroit Pro. That win qualified him for his Mr. Olympia debut, where he achieved an impressive fourth-place finish. Before turning pro in 2020, Fitzwater had a background in other sports, growing up in Wyoming. He was a three-time state champion in shot put and a two-time champion in discus, and also played football before competing in collegiate track and field for the University of Wyoming. The 2026 Arnold Classic lineup is stacked with formidable opponents. Fitzwater will face top contenders including 2024 Arnold Classic champion Hadi Choopan, Nick "The Mutant" Walker, and former Mr. Olympia Brandon Curry. This year's competition features the highest prize purse in the event's history. Arnold Schwarzenegger announced the Men's Open winner will receive $750,000, a larger sum than the payout for the Mr. Olympia winner. Despite his recent successes, many bodybuilding veterans have not picked Fitzwater to win. Commentators like Jay Cutler, Dennis James, and Chris Cormier have largely favored either Hadi Choopan or Andrew Jacked to take home the title.
