LVMH Appoints New Head of Beauty Group
LVMH has named a new head of its beauty division, a key leadership change within the world's largest luxury conglomerate. This C-suite move may signal shifts in brand strategy and distribution for its portfolio, which includes Dior, Fenty Beauty, and Guerlain.
- The new appointee is Véronique Courtois, who is now Chairman and CEO of LVMH's Beauty Division. She succeeds Stéphane Rinderknech, who is leaving the company to "pursue new personal projects." - Courtois is a long-time LVMH executive, having first joined the company in 2000. Her previous roles include President and CEO of Guerlain and, most recently, President and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior since March 2023. - In her expanded role, Courtois will oversee all beauty houses while also continuing as CEO of Parfums Christian Dior to maintain strategic continuity. - The leadership change occurs as LVMH's Perfumes & Cosmetics division experienced flat organic revenue growth in 2025, with reported revenue down 3%.
