This was Messi's 80th goal for Inter Miami, adding to his incredible tallies of 672 for Barcelona, 32 for Paris Saint-Germain, and 115 for the Argentinian national team. The Argentinian superstar is the all-time leading scorer for Barcelona, the Argentine national team, and Inter Miami. Now just one goal shy of 900 for his career, the eight-time Ballon d'Or winner continues to build on his legacy as one of the greatest players of all time. At 38 years old, he remains a prolific scorer, with this being his third goal of the young MLS season. The goal puts him in pursuit of the next major milestone in the ongoing historic goal-scoring race with Cristiano Ronaldo, who leads the all-time scoring charts with over 965 goals. The only other active player in the vicinity of these numbers is Robert Lewandowski, with more than 690 goals.
