Mondi posts €212m EBITDA

Mondi said on April 24 that first-quarter 2026 underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization came in at €212 million. Mondi and Polish retailer Biedronka launched Recyklobox, a corrugated collection unit built to support Poland’s new deposit-return system. The box is made from five-layer corrugated board with 80% recycled paper and 20% fresh fibre.
