NXP India's Tech Startup Challenge 2026, in collaboration with Startup India Hub and DPIIT, is open to startups incorporated in India as Private Limited Companies with at least 51% Indian ownership. The program focuses on startups building intellectual property, processors, semiconductor fabless ASIC design, and embedded products. The top three winning startups will share a prize pool of INR 10 lakh and receive mentorship from NXP India's technical leadership team for three months. The top 10 startups will receive equity-free incubation and pre-incubation support from institutions like Electropreneur Park and IIT Hyderabad. A special "Excellence in Applied AI" award, supported by Extreme Tech Challenge, will be presented. The winner will be invited to showcase their innovation at XTC's annual AI conference in California in November 2026 and gain entry into XTC's global network.
