(content.govdelivery.com) The USDA added 9,885,240 pounds of Trader Joe’s Vegetable Fried Rice after glass fragments about 1–3 cm long and 2–4 mm wide were found, and federal investigators identified carrots as the likely source of the foreign material. (pressroom.toyota.com) NHTSA’s Part 573 report links the defect to a voltage‑drop condition tied to a specific in‑cabin USB charger and the multimedia system (NHTSA campaign 26V162000 / manufacturer recall IDs 26LB02 & 26LA02), and states dealers will provide a software update or camera replacement at no charge with owner notifications scheduled for mid‑May 2026. (static.nhtsa.gov) Electrolux Consumer Products, Inc. listed Charlotte, NC as the manufacturer and noted the ranges were sold at retailers including Lowe’s and The Home Depot from June 2025 through January 2026; Ajinomoto Foods North America is based in Portland, OR and amended its recall on March 3, 2026; Toyota’s recall report lists Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing in Plano, TX as the reporting manufacturer.
