Veterans and military spouses can sign up now for Vetrepreneur’s next franchise coaching information session, a one-hour virtual webinar set for Friday, April 24. (news.va.gov) The April 24 session runs from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Eastern, according to Vetrepreneur’s registration page. The same page lists another coaching session on May 22 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Eastern. (vetrepreneur.com) The Department of Veterans Affairs included the webinar in its April 13 jobs-of-the-week post and also listed June 19, 2026, as another upcoming coaching date. VA’s post says veterans should verify details directly with the organization offering the event. (news.va.gov) Franchising lets a business owner operate under an established brand and system instead of building a company from scratch. Vetrepreneur says its webinar covers “Franchising 101,” explains its coaching model and is open at no cost to veterans and military spouses. (vetrepreneur.com) The coaching pitch is aimed at people who want business ownership but do not have prior franchise experience. Vetrepreneur says no experience is needed for the information session and says the program is designed to help participants decide whether franchising fits their skills, goals and lifestyle. (vetrepreneur.com) If attendees move forward after the webinar, Vetrepreneur says its coaching program uses a 10-step, 10-week process to help veterans evaluate franchise options, review disclosure documents and think through financing. VA published the same 10-step, 10-week description in a June 2025 article about the service. (vetrepreneur.com) (news.va.gov) VA has been pointing veterans to Vetrepreneur programming for more than a year, including a March 2025 article on the Vetrepreneur Franchise Academy. That article said the academy runs 10 weeks, assigns each participant a coach and admits about 25 to 35 veterans per class. (news.va.gov) Vetrepreneur says it has been helping veterans pursue business ownership since 2004. In an August 2025 VA article, the company said 77% of coaching graduates who became franchise owners chose home services, business services or senior care. (news.va.gov 1) (news.va.gov 2) The immediate deadline is simple: the next webinar is April 24, and registration is already open. Veterans who want details or a seat are being directed to Vetrepreneur’s sign-up page through VA’s latest employment roundup. (news.va.gov)
