Legal Tech Firm Casepoint Hires CPO
AI-powered legal platform Casepoint has appointed Pete Feinberg as its new Chief Product Officer. Feinberg is a legal tech veteran with over 20 years of experience in enterprise SaaS and AI product leadership.
Feinberg's appointment follows Casepoint's recent acquisition by private equity firm Thoma Bravo and its subsequent merger with OPEXUS, a provider of government process management software. This strategic combination aims to create a more comprehensive platform for both government and commercial clients. Before joining Casepoint, Feinberg served as Chief Product Officer at Consilio, another major player in the legal technology industry. His experience there involved leading innovation and product strategy for a wide array of legal tech solutions. Casepoint has been actively expanding its services and securing significant contracts, including a 5-year deal with the U.S. Department of the Air Force and an extension with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The company has also recently achieved FedRAMP® High security authorization, underscoring its focus on the government sector. The hiring of a new CPO with extensive AI experience aligns with Casepoint's focus on its AI-powered platform. The company's offerings include tools for eDiscovery, legal hold, and investigations, designed to handle large data volumes and complex legal workflows.
