PARCO opens “Kis-My-Ft2: The Couture” on Friday, April 24, at Ikebukuro PARCO, turning the group’s stage wardrobe into a ticketed exhibition. (art.parco.jp) The show runs through May 25 on the seventh floor of PARCO FACTORY, with timed-entry tickets priced at 1,500 yen and free admission for preschool children. Ikebukuro is the only stop with a mid-run costume change, splitting the display into an A period from April 24 to May 8 and a B period from May 9 to May 25. (art.parco.jp) PARCO says the Ikebukuro edition will display 48 costumes across the two periods, alongside unpublished design materials, worn-photo references, members’ personal items and more than 20 miniature costume recreations. Visitors also get a preview area for the new song “Couture,” which the group’s official 15th anniversary site lists for digital release on May 26. (art.parco.jp, kismyft2.jp) The exhibition centers on a shift in how Kis-My-Ft2 presents itself onstage. PARCO says member Yuta Tamamori has supervised many of the group’s costumes since 2018, pushing them beyond standard idol styling toward a more fashion-led look. (art.parco.jp) That framing places the show halfway between fan event, fashion display and retail program. PARCO is selling exhibition-only goods including scarf handkerchiefs, logo hangers, sticker sets, acrylic keyholders and a 15-card visual set tied to the installation. (art.parco.jp) The timing also lines up with a busy anniversary campaign. Kis-My-Ft2 debuted on August 10, 2011, and the group’s official 15th anniversary site says 2026 includes monthly song releases beginning in February and a national arena tour starting June 20 in Hokkaido. (starto.jp, kismyft2.jp) After Ikebukuro, the exhibition is scheduled to travel to Sapporo from June 5 to June 21, Sendai from June 27 to July 12, Fukuoka from July 18 to July 27, Shinsaibashi from August 1 to August 16, and Nagoya from August 22 to September 6. PARCO says those touring stops will show one 24-costume set each rather than Ikebukuro’s full two-part rotation. (art.parco.jp) For fans, the first date is April 24 in Tokyo, but the exhibition is built to last well beyond opening weekend. PARCO and STARTO ENTERTAINMENT have already mapped it as a six-city run that carries the group’s 15th-anniversary wardrobe story into September. (art.parco.jp)
