Hong Kong’s 2026 MICHELIN Guide set a new record — 77 restaurants now hold at least one star, with China Tang and Sushi Takeshi earning their first stars. Cristal Room by Anne‑Sophie Pic was promoted to two stars, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon rejoined the guide with two stars after reopening, and the region now counts nine three‑star restaurants across Hong Kong and Macau.
