Ravinia Festival 2026 Lineup

The 2026 season marks the opening of the redesigned Hunter Pavilion, part of an ongoing $75 million renovation to Ravinia's 36-acre park. The renovated pavilion features a bigger stage, improved acoustics, new seating with increased accessibility, and upgraded audio and lighting systems. The Chicago Symphony Orchestra will celebrate its 90th anniversary in residency, performing six programs under Ravinia Chief Conductor Marin Alsop. A grand reopening concert on July 11 will feature pianist Yunchan Lim and flutist Lizzo. CSO Zell Music Director Designate Klaus Mäkelä will make his Ravinia debut in August. The festival will also present the Midwest premiere of Carlos Simon's "Good News Mass," featuring spoken word by Marc Bamuthi Joseph. Ravinia will honor the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence with programs showcasing American music across genres. Tickets go on sale to the public on April 23, with donor pre-sale beginning March 17. Ravinia has partnered with Metra, offering free train rides to and from the park on concert days by showing a dated ticket.
