The "Concrete Rose" theme is a direct nod to Teyana Taylor's upbringing in Harlem, symbolizing resilience and the ability to flourish in a challenging environment. This narrative continues from her first Jordan collaboration, the 2023 Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT 2 "A Rose From Harlem." This iteration of the Air Jordan 3 swaps the model's traditional elephant print for a rugged, concrete-textured finish on the midsole and toe. The upper is constructed from a premium forest green suede, complemented by metallic gold hardware and a classic gum rubber outsole. Unique design elements include "TEY" branding on the tongue and a gold rose hangtag. Early concepts for the shoe featured detachable rose vines that could wrap around the sneaker, a bold detail that evolved into more subtle rose-inspired iconography in the final design. Set to retail at $280, the sneaker will be available through select Jordan Brand retailers and Nike's SNKRS platform.
