London’s West End opened a major 'Kinky Boots' production at the London Coliseum starring Johannes Radebe and Matt Cardle, while David Hare’s 'Grace Pervades' started a limited run at Theatre Royal Haymarket with Ralph Fiennes and Miranda Raison.
