New Seafood Spot Coming to Hanover, PA
Downtown Hanover, Pennsylvania, is getting a new seafood restaurant in the summer of 2026. The yet-to-be-named establishment will offer a variety of seafood dishes and locally brewed beers.
The new restaurant will join a downtown Hanover area that is actively working to expand its economic capacity and enhance its quality of life. Spearheaded by Main Street Hanover, a non-profit community organization, the town has been focused on improving the business environment and increasing community synergy. This establishment will be entering a local dining scene that already features at least one other dedicated seafood restaurant, Big Mike's Crabhouse & Grill. The area also has a variety of other dining options, from casual eateries to brewpubs, reflecting a diverse culinary landscape. The inclusion of locally brewed beers will tap into a thriving craft beer scene in and around Hanover. The town is home to several breweries, including Aldus Brewing Company, Fat Bat Brewing Company, Something Wicked Brewing Company, and Lydian Stone Brewing Company. The new restaurant is part of a broader trend of revitalization and new development in Hanover's downtown. Efforts have included streetscape beautification projects and the renovation of historic buildings, all aimed at creating a more walkable and inviting community for residents and visitors.
