Floetry Reunites for Tour

The iconic duo Floetry (Marsha Ambrosius & Natalie Stewart) will reunite for 'Say Yes: The Tour' alongside Raheem DeVaughn and Teedra Moses. New Edition, Boyz II Men, and Toni Braxton are also bringing "Valentine vibes" to the Prudential Center on February 13.

- This marks the duo's first national tour together since their 2015-2016 reunion tour, which ended with another split. The group, comprised of singer Marsha Ambrosius ("the Songstress") and spoken-word artist Natalie Stewart ("the Floacist"), originally disbanded around 2006. - Their debut album, "Floetic" (2002), was certified gold in the United States, selling over 864,000 copies. The tour is named after their hit single "Say Yes" from that album, which earned them two of their five career Grammy nominations. - Between their breakups, both artists have maintained solo careers. Ambrosius has released several solo albums and has written songs for artists like Michael Jackson, Alicia Keys, and Justin Timberlake. Stewart has also released multiple solo albums, including "Floetic Soul" and "Rise of the Phoenix Mermaid." - Reasons for their initial separation have been attributed to creative differences and personal turmoil. Ambrosius once toured using the Floetry name with current "Insecure" actress Amanda Seales as a replacement for Stewart. - Tour-mate Raheem DeVaughn previously collaborated with Natalie Stewart on her 2010 solo album, "Floetic Soul." Fellow supporting act Teedra Moses is known for her 2004 cult-classic debut album, "Complex Simplicity."
