(PR Newswire: ) Hard Rock’s hotel brief lists a 5‑star property with 397 panoramic sea‑view rooms, 25 exclusive suites with private heated pools, two executive club floors and a 466‑sqm ballroom. (HardRock.com: ) The site plan crowns 3,800 sqm of spa, wellness and fitness space under the Rock Spa® and Body Rock® fitness brand, alongside three indoor and eight outdoor heated pools and a rooftop cantilever pool described as unique on the island. (HardRock.com: ) Hard Rock lists more than ten restaurant, bar, lounge and club concepts on the property, highlighted by CYANA Aegean Cuisine from Chef Sergi Arola and outlets named Sessions, Al Kasbah and the adult‑only rooftop bar Eclipse. (HardRock.com: ) The hotel is part of a larger mixed‑use scheme that includes ORA Residences — two towers of apartments — and a retail component billed as St. George’s Mall of over 20,000 sqm within the overall masterplan. (PR Newswire: ) Developer statements for the project note preservation and integration of on‑site 1860 British military accommodation into the design and say the build will create “hundreds” of jobs across construction and hotel operations.
