Trust Stamp Acquires Lexverify, Invests in Cyberfish
Trust Stamp announced the acquisition of Lexverify Ltd. and a 50% ownership interest in Cyberfish CyberPsychology Solutions Ltd. These moves are aimed at bolstering Trust Stamp's AI-powered trust, identity, and security solutions.
Trust Stamp's acquisition strategy focuses on synergistic technologies within the cybersecurity sector. Both Lexverify and Cyberfish are alumni of the UK National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) accelerator, part of British intelligence agency GCHQ. Lexverify, founded in 2020, specializes in AI-powered legal compliance for electronic communications, helping companies prevent risks in areas like GDPR and financial sanctions. The company's AI assistant scans communications in real-time, providing continuous employee training and real-time visibility into an organization's compliance posture. Lexverify had raised $1.14 million in seed funding. Cyberfish, established in 2018, develops simulations for business disruption and crisis management scenarios. Founder Berta Pappenheim has a master's in Neuroscience and Psychology from King's College London and applies those principles to enhance team performance under stress. Cyberfish's "Dojo portal" delivers crisis simulations to cybersecurity decision-makers. Trust Stamp, founded in 2015, provides AI-powered identity verification solutions, including biometric tokenization and privacy-preserving identity links. The company's revenue for Q2 2025 was $0.81 million, a 62% increase year-over-year. Trust Stamp estimates revenue from existing customers for FY 2025 to exceed $5.0 million.
