RayNeo Launches Batman AR Glasses
AR wearables company RayNeo unveiled its latest smart glasses, the RayNeo Air 4 Pro, at MWC 2026. Highlighting the launch is a special Batman Edition of the new device, which became available for purchase on February 27.
The RayNeo Air 4 Pro glasses are positioned as a "head-mounted TV," creating a virtual screen equivalent to 201 inches when viewed from six meters away. The core of the device is its dual 0.6-inch Micro-OLED displays from SeeYa, which deliver a Full HD resolution of 1920x1080 in 2D and a combined 3840x1080 in 3D mode. A key technical highlight is that the Air 4 Pro is the world's first augmented reality glasses to support HDR10, offering higher contrast and a wider range of colors. The visuals are driven by a custom Vision 4000 image-processing chip, which can upscale standard content to HDR and convert 2D videos into a 3D format in real-time. The glasses boast a peak brightness of 1200 nits and a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals. For audio, RayNeo collaborated with the high-end Danish brand Bang & Olufsen to tune the four-speaker system. The glasses also feature a "Whisper Mode" designed to minimize sound leakage and maintain privacy for the user. The Batman collaboration offers two distinct styles: the "Justice Edition" (Batman-themed) and the "Chaos Edition" (Joker-themed). These limited editions include a specially designed light shield that snaps onto the front, resembling Batman's cowl and helping to block ambient light for a more immersive experience. Despite the technology packed inside, the glasses maintain a relatively low weight of 76 grams (2.68 ounces). The design is a carryover from the previous Air 3s Pro model and includes adjustable nose pads and the ability to use magnetic prescription lens inserts. The standard RayNeo Air 4 Pro has a manufacturer's suggested retail price of $299, with an early bird price of $249. The limited Batman Edition is priced slightly higher, with an MSRP of $319 and an early bird price of $269. RayNeo, a brand under the TCL umbrella, has established itself as a significant player in the AR market. According to Counterpoint Research, RayNeo held the top position in the global AR glasses market in the third quarter of 2025, with a 24% market share. The company is also an Official Worldwide Olympic Partner in the AR glasses category.
