ServiceNow widens reseller reach

ServiceNow and Carahsoft expanded reseller distribution of the ServiceNow AI Platform into healthcare, financial services and critical infrastructure, according to a recent release (stocktitan.net). That reseller push opens faster procurement paths into regulated verticals but will come with heightened compliance expectations.

ServiceNow and Carahsoft published their joint announcement on March 16, 2026, formalizing the expanded channel arrangement across the U.S. and Canada announced). Carahsoft told reporters it brings more than 10,000 resellers, system integrators and consulting partners to the table and reported $23 billion in annual bookings for its ecosystem reported). Carahsoft highlighted prior momentum on cloud security: its partner ecosystem logged 89 FedRAMP milestones in 2025, including 39 full FedRAMP authorizations, 26 in-process designations and 24 “FedRAMP Ready” certifications logged).
