The McKinsey.org Forward Learning Program, a free initiative, aims to provide individuals with practical skills for the modern workplace. The 10-week online course focuses on adaptability, communication, problem-solving, and digital proficiency. Upon completion, participants receive a digital badge and access to a global network. The Forward program is designed for early-career professionals and those considering a career change, and is available in over 130 countries. The self-paced format allows learners to fit the program alongside existing commitments. Core skills are taught through short videos, workplace scenarios, and reflection prompts. Tekedia Institute's AI programs include the Tekedia AI Technical Lab, beginning March 14, 2026, and the AI in Business Masterclass, which can be started anytime. The AI in Business Masterclass is an 8-week program coordinated by Prof. Ndubuisi Ekekwe and focuses on integrating AI into businesses. Tekedia also offers a Mini-MBA program and an Investment and Portfolio Management course.
