UFC White House Card Finalized
Dana White confirmed the highly secretive UFC White House fight card is complete and will be unveiled ahead of UFC 326. Social media is buzzing about Alex Pereira vs. Jon Jones being officially announced for the event, while speculation grows about potential Conor McGregor involvement.
This historic event is scheduled for June 14, 2026, on the South Lawn of the White House, marking the first-ever professional sporting event to be held at the presidential residence. The date coincides with Flag Day and the 80th birthday of President Donald Trump. The production is a massive undertaking, with a projected cost of $60 million, significantly more than the $21 million spent on the UFC 306 Sphere show. TKO Group, UFC's parent company, does not expect the event to turn a profit, aiming to recoup about half the cost through sponsorships. Attendance will be highly exclusive, with no public tickets available. An estimated 3,000 to 4,000 guests are expected to be invited to sit near the cage, while a much larger crowd of up to 85,000 may be able to watch a broadcast from The Ellipse, a nearby public park. The rumored superfight between heavyweight great Jon Jones and former middleweight and light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira has gained significant traction. This speculation intensified after Pereira recently vacated his light heavyweight title, seemingly clearing the path for a move to heavyweight. Conor McGregor has publicly campaigned for a spot on the card, at one point claiming a deal was "signed, delivered." While Dana White has not confirmed his participation, he has left the door open, stating "We'll see," which keeps fan speculation alive for the return of one of the sport's biggest stars. The full fight card, consisting of six or seven bouts, has been kept highly secret during its development, with matchups being written on a whiteboard and erased after each meeting. The official announcement is expected during the fight week for UFC 326.
