The break-even point can be achieved with time savings as low as 54 minutes per month for an employee with a $70,000 annual cost. Challenges to Copilot adoption include strategic alignment, cultural adaptation, and security concerns. Organizations also face the need for clear policies to manage AI tools and prevent security vulnerabilities. Microsoft emphasizes that Copilot Cowork runs within Microsoft 365's existing security and governance framework.
