ProLeague.gg expands competitive slate

ProLeague.gg is broadening its competitive platform to include popular titles such as Fortnite, League of Legends, Valorant and CS2, promising leaderboards, chat systems and organized game nights. The announcement surfaced on social channels describing the expansion as a push into more mainstream competitive communities rather than niche titles. The new game support is being rolled out alongside platform features intended to keep players engaged across multiple esports ecosystems (x.com).

ProLeague.gg is widening its platform beyond early blockchain-linked titles and into Counter-Strike 2, Fortnite, League of Legends and Valorant as it prepares a broader alpha rollout. (proleague.gg) The company’s main site now lists Counter-Strike 2 as an alpha game and says the platform includes matchmaking, tournaments with United States dollar coin payouts, player profiles, social integrations, detailed stat tracking, leaderboards and anti-cheat tools. (proleague.gg) A separate alpha page is already live for username reservations and shows a referral leaderboard, a sign that ProLeague.gg is building prelaunch community features alongside the game expansion. (alpha.proleague.gg) ProLeague.gg started as a blockchain gaming and esports project. Its Medium page describes it as a “Social Blockchain Gaming/Esports Platform,” and an older company post outlined a “Proof of Play Protocol” built around turning in-game activity into portable player data. (blog.proleague.gg 1) (blog.proleague.gg 2) The shift puts ProLeague.gg into a larger market than crypto-native competitive games. Fortnite, League of Legends and Valorant are among the biggest mainstream multiplayer titles, while Counter-Strike 2 is already featured on ProLeague.gg’s own launch page. (proleague.gg) (tracker.gg 1) (tracker.gg 2) The product pitch is also moving closer to established esports utility platforms. Tracker Network runs public stat and leaderboard products for League of Legends and Valorant, and VLR.gg focuses on Valorant match results, rankings and forums. (tracker.gg 1) (tracker.gg 2) (vlr.gg) Company databases describe ProLeague.gg as founded in 2020 and based in Austin, Texas, with services spanning matchmaking, tournaments, player profiles and social features. CB Insights also lists NextUp, LvlUp Ventures and LvlUp Labs among its backers. (cbinsights.com) That background helps explain the new slate: ProLeague.gg is not launching as a single-game organizer, but as a network that wants players to keep one profile, one social graph and one set of progression tools across multiple esports titles. (proleague.gg) What comes next is the test. ProLeague.gg has a live alpha reservation page and a public feature list, but the company has not yet published a full public timetable on its website for when support for all four newly named games will be broadly available.
