RayNeo Launches Batman-Themed AR Glasses

AR wearable company RayNeo unveiled a special Batman Edition of its new RayNeo Air 4 Pro smart glasses at MWC 2026. The new AR glasses became available for purchase on February 27.

The collaboration offers two distinct versions: a "Justice Edition" themed after Batman and a "Chaos Edition" with a Joker motif. These limited editions include a detachable lens shade styled to look like Batman's cowl, adding a collectible element for an extra $20 over the standard model's early bird price. Underneath the themed exterior, the glasses are the first in the AR category to feature HDR10 support, projecting a virtual 201-inch screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The visuals are powered by dual Micro-OLED panels with a peak brightness of 1200 nits, and the audio is tuned by Bang & Olufsen. The device connects via USB-C to smartphones, PCs, or gaming consoles like the Nintendo Switch 2, essentially acting as a wearable private cinema. Despite the technology packed inside, the glasses maintain a lightweight design, weighing just 76 grams. RayNeo, an innovator backed by electronics giant TCL, has gained significant traction in the AR space. According to Counterpoint Research, RayNeo held a 24% market share in Q3 2025, making it the top seller of AR glasses globally. Its previous model, the RayNeo Air 2, became a #1 best-seller on Amazon in the U.S. The launch is part of a larger trend of AR and AI-powered wearables showcased at MWC 2026. The event features numerous companies, from smaller players to tech giants like Qualcomm and Google, all pushing forward with new developments in the augmented reality and artificial intelligence space.
