AMD Launches High-End Versal AI Edge Gen 2 FPGA Kit
AMD has launched the VEK385 Versal AI Edge Gen 2 evaluation kit, a high-performance SoC FPGA platform. The $16,000 kit features eight Cortex-A78AE cores, ten Cortex-R52 cores, and 144 AI Engine-ML v2 tiles delivering up to 184 INT8 TOPS.
