Overwatch 2 Meta Shift

Overwatch 2's midseason patch nerfs D.Va [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N37WHQpbpq0] and rebalances support roles [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4b4aQzWc8kI] – shaking up team comps for competitive and casual players.

The mid-season patch also brought changes to hero subroles, tweaking how they function in combat. Initiators, like D.Va, will no longer receive healing when at full health, and their overall healing is reduced. Medics now have increased self-healing, while Bruisers activate their passive when below 50% health. D.Va's specific nerfs include an increased cooldown for her Boosters, from 3.5 to 4 seconds. This aims to create clearer windows of vulnerability for the hero. Several support heroes received adjustments as well. For example, Zenyatta's Discord Orb amplification was increased, while Lucio's Soundwave cooldown also saw an increase. These changes intend to address the power level of supports in the current meta. Vendetta also received multiple balance adjustments in the mid-season patch. While Siphoning Strike's lifesteal was increased, Raging Storm's damage was reduced.
