Pleasanton Free Family Cycling Workshop Apr 25

Pleasanton is hosting a free Family Cycling Workshop on Saturday, April 25, from noon to 3 p.m. at the Amador Recreation Center. (bikeeastbay.org) Bike East Bay lists the class at 4443 Black Avenue in Pleasanton and says it will include games, safety drills, skills building and a neighborhood ride. The workshop is for parents and kids who participate together. (bikeeastbay.org) Bike East Bay says children must already be able to ride on their own and all minors must be accompanied by an adult. Each participant needs a working bike and a helmet. (bikeeastbay.org) The workshop is part of Pleasanton’s Bike Safety & Education program, which the city runs with Bike East Bay and the cities of Dublin and Livermore. The city says certified instructors teach the sessions. The same page says Pleasanton and Dublin will co-host Bike to Wherever Day energizer stations on May 14, 2026, at the two Bay Area Rapid Transit stations. Bike East Bay also lists an Urban Cycling 101 workshop at the same recreation center on April 18 and an on-road skills class there on May 2.
