Blanton Museum launches new exhibits
The Blanton Museum launched "Run the Code" (data-driven digital art) and "American Modernism" exhibits, running until Aug. 2.
"Run the Code" featured art generated from data, exploring the intersection of technology and creativity. The exhibit highlighted how algorithms and data sets can be used as artistic mediums, offering a unique perspective on digital art. "American Modernism" showcased works reflecting the modernist movement's themes. This exhibit provided insight into the artistic innovations and cultural shifts of the early 20th century in America. Both exhibits offered diverse artistic experiences during their run. The Blanton Museum aimed to engage visitors with both contemporary digital art and historical modernist pieces.
