Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026 expanded its coverage with a new 51–100 extended list, spotlighting regional diversity and emerging chefs across the continent (chomp-magazine.com) (foodserviceandhospitality.com). The extended roster covers restaurants in 27 cities — four more than in 2025 — with Busan, Chengdu, Kanazawa and Nishikawa making their first appearances on the Asia’s 50 Best map.
