Russia Cultivates BRICS and Cuban Alliances

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov hosted BRICS envoys to discuss deepening the group's strategic partnership. Separately, President Vladimir Putin met with Cuba's foreign minister, denouncing U.S. sanctions as unacceptable and reinforcing ties with Havana.
