Chicago's Ravinia Festival Lineup
Ravinia Festival in Chicago just unveiled a star-studded 2026 summer lineup. Paul Simon, Gladys Knight, Chance the Rapper, Ricky Martin, Rod Stewart, and Miranda Lambert are all scheduled to perform across 90 concerts.
Ravinia's 2026 season will run from June to September and feature over 90 concerts, blending genres from classical to pop. The festival is held at Ravinia Park, a 36-acre outdoor music venue in Highland Park, Illinois, that has been the summer home of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra (CSO) since 1936. The 2026 season marks the grand opening of the renovated Hunter Pavilion, a $75 million project that includes a larger stage, improved acoustics, new seating, and enhanced accessibility. Ravinia President and CEO Jeffrey P. Haydon stated that the updated pavilion is a draw for world-class talent. Tickets go on sale to the general public on April 23rd, with donor presales starting March 17th. The Chicago Symphony Orchestra will be returning for its 90th anniversary with six programs led by Ravinia Chief Conductor Marin Alsop. Klaus Mäkelä will also make his Ravinia debut conducting Strauss’s "Alpine Symphony" and Stravinsky’s "The Firebird".
