Taco Bell Rumors
Taco Bell might be dropping some new items on March 19th 22. Rumors include a Crispy Chicken Crunchwrap Slider, Steak & Guac Nacho Fries, and Refresca drinks 22. Plus, the Chocolate Fudge Caramel Empanadas are supposedly making a comeback 23.
The Crispy Chicken Crunchwrap Slider was previously tested in the Knoxville, Tennessee area in late 2025 and features fried chicken, a three-cheese blend, pico de gallo, and either Creamy Chipotle or Sriracha Chile sauce. This slider is a smaller version of the Crunchwrap, a concept Taco Bell has been experimenting with since 2014. Steak & Guac Nacho Fries build upon the popular Nacho Fries, which have been a recurring menu item since 2018. This iteration includes steak, guacamole, and sour cream in addition to the standard nacho cheese sauce. Taco Bell is also planning to bring back chicken nuggets. The Pink Passionfruit Refresca Freeze is the latest in Taco Bell's Refresca line, joining other flavors. Taco Bell launched Refrescas nationwide in June 2025, drawing inspiration from the popular Mexican drink, agua fresca. The Refresca drinks contain freeze-dried fruit pieces and green tea. The Chocolate Fudge Caramel Empanadas are inspired by the Caramel Apple Empanada. The new empanadas, one filled with chocolate fudge and the other with salted caramel, are available as a duo for $2.99. They were first introduced on March 3, 2026, and will be available for a limited time.
