MAG Launches 9 Dubai Projects
MAG Property Development launched nine new off-plan projects across Dubai, spanning Jumeirah Lake Towers, Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Business Bay, Al Furjan, Meydan, and Al Jaddaf. The projects range from luxury apartments to family-friendly communities, capitalizing on Dubai's continued growth as a global business and leisure hub.
A significant portion of MAG's new developments fall under its luxury wellness-focused brand, Keturah. This includes the AED 3 billion Keturah Reserve in Meydan, which is designed around the concept of "Bio Living" to integrate nature into the living environment for enhanced well-being. The project will feature amenities like a 300,000-square-foot park shaded by ancient olive trees, meditation spaces, and a focus on natural light and airflow to reduce air-conditioning needs. In Al Jaddaf, the Keturah Resort will offer a mix of luxury apartments, mansions, and a hotel managed by The Ritz-Carlton, with a focus on a holistic lifestyle. This development is situated along Dubai Creek, providing views of the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary and will include a private boat dock, a wellness center, and Michelin-star restaurants. The new Jumeirah Lake Towers project, MBL Signature, will offer premium studios and one- to two-bedroom apartments with views of the Marina skyline. This development targets professionals and families, capitalizing on the high rental demand in the JLT free zone, where one-bedroom apartments have shown a gross ROI of 7.6%. In Business Bay, the developer is launching Keturah Business Bay, a Dh2 billion luxury tower also centered on the 'Bio Living' concept. The 46-story tower on the Dubai Water Canal will feature apartments with double-volume interiors to maximize natural airflow and will include custom-designed furniture. Mohammed Bin Rashid City is set to host MAG D11, a residential project with an investment of AED 751.3 million, comprising seven buildings. This adds to MAG's significant footprint in the area, which already includes the large-scale MAG City community with its apartments, villas, and townhouses. In Al Furjan, the developer is behind projects like Tori by IGO, which focuses on upscale family living with four- and five-bedroom villas featuring smart home technology and private outdoor areas. Another Al Furjan development, Kingdom Gate, is a 15-floor building offering fully furnished apartments and penthouses with amenities like an outdoor cinema and clubhouse, slated for completion in Q4 2026.
