Snowflake expands AI governance

Snowflake used its annual Summit in San Francisco this week to widen its pitch from data platform to AI control layer. The company announced new governance, context and security features in Horizon Catalog, renamed two AI products as CoCo and CoWork, and added interoperability updates aimed at customers building agentic systems.
