This includes 17 new weapon skins (like the AWP Queen’s Gambit) and 22 new glove sets [https://egamersworld.com/blog/dead-hand-collection-in-cs2-full-overview-of-the-n-mpdCs9qwVq, https://talkesport.com/news/cs2/cs2-introduces-dead-hand-collection].
The Dead Hand Collection arrived as part of a small update that also included a temporary change to the Dust II map. The "Dead Hand Terminal," through which these items are acquired, is a weekly drop that doesn't require a key to open, differing from older cases. Players are presented with a random Dead Hand item at a set price and can re-roll up to five times. Declining all offers destroys the terminal. This marks the first time in CS2 history that new gloves have been introduced, with the last addition dating back to the Operation Broken Fang case in December 2020. The 22 new glove finishes include designs for Sport Gloves, Specialist Gloves and Driver Gloves. Some have Asian-inspired finishes to match weapon skins. The collection features 17 community-designed weapon skins, all of which have StatTrak variants. Standout skins include the Covert AWP | Queen's Gambit and the Glock-18 | Fully Tuned. The AK-47 Crane Flight is also highly sought after.
