Jampack AI Raises $3.2M for Agentic Automation

Jampack AI, a platform using agentic workflows to automate wholesale operations for consumer brands, has raised a $3.2 million seed round. The company reports it is already processing over $500 million in annualized wholesale volume. The funding will be used to further develop its agentic platform to handle the operational complexities of wholesale distribution.

- The company was co-founded in November 2020 by CEO Andrew Citores, Sonny Smith, and Daren Libonati. Before Jampack, Citores co-founded JusCollege, a collegiate travel company acquired for $25 million by Pollen, where he then grew its travel division by 400% in under three years. - Jampack targets the 90% of wholesale purchase orders that are still processed manually via email, arriving in unstructured formats like PDFs and Excel spreadsheets. This reliance on manual data entry creates operational drag for consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. - The platform's AI agents function as middleware to integrate with a company's existing tech stack, including systems like Gmail, Shopify, QuickBooks, and Oracle NetSuite. This avoids the need for a complete replacement of existing software. - Jampack's agentic workflows automate the entire process from purchase order to invoicing by extracting order data, optimizing freight routes from over 200,000 carriers, and generating invoices based on custom rules like delivery confirmation. - Users can interact with the system and retrieve data using a natural language interface, reducing the learning curve for operators. - The seed funding round was led by a group of investors including Dream Ventures, Timber Grove Ventures, and Launchpad Capital. - Agentic workflows, the core of Jampack's technology, are advanced AI systems where autonomous software agents can coordinate tasks, reason, adapt to new information, and make decisions without constant human oversight, moving beyond traditional, rule-based automation. - Headquartered in Las Vegas, the company was founded in 2020 and currently has a team of 91 employees.
