Arts & Crafts talks launch
Kirsty Hartsiotis launched a new Arts and Crafts talk series at Museum in the Park, Stroud, starting March 20 — the first session focuses on flowers in the movement and was promoted with ticketing via TicketSource (x.com).
Kirsty Hartsiotis is the speaker for the series; she was curator of decorative and fine art at The Wilson Art Gallery and Museum, Cheltenham, from 2008 until 2023 and is currently a curator at Swindon Museums. (kirstyhartsiotis.com ) The flower-themed session runs 10:30–11:45 in the museum’s meeting room adjacent to the art gallery. (museuminthepark.org.uk ) Tickets for the talks are listed at a range of roughly £5–£7.50 for single sessions, with specific booking pages set up for each talk. (datathistle.com ) (ticketsource.co.uk ) The series continues with “Wonderful Wall Paintings” on April 10 and “Stories of Ernest & Sidney Barnsley” on May 15; the May session is scheduled in the museum’s Walled Garden Pavilion and notes that tea and coffee will be provided.
