CrossFit Quarterfinals Begin
The 2026 CrossFit Quarterfinals have kicked off — athletes and coaches can find structure, standards and FAQs on the official site. (crossfit.com) This round is the next elimination step toward semifinals and the CrossFit Games push. (crossfit.com)
The Quarterfinals competition window runs March 26–30, 2026, and all Quarterfinals scores must be submitted by Monday, March 30 at 12:00 p.m. PT. (crossfit.com) Invites were sent to the top 25% of Open finishers worldwide; every Quarterfinals workout must be completed at a CrossFit affiliate that is in good standing. (crossfit.com) Affiliate owners are required to validate their athletes’ scores no later than Wednesday, April 1 at 5:00 p.m. PT, and any scores not validated by that deadline will be removed from the leaderboard. (crossfit.com) CrossFit released all four Quarterfinals workouts on March 23; the tests carry 12–20 minute time caps and include escalating deadlift loads that go up to 315 lb for men (225/275/315) and 155/185/225 for women in Workout Three. (fitnessvolt.com) From Quarterfinals, the top 2,000 men and top 2,000 women advance to Semifinals, while age-group cutlines vary (for example, the 35–54 divisions advance the top 400 men and women; some youth and masters divisions advance the top 300); public leaderboards remain hidden until the submission window closes. (prismnews.com) Semifinals are scheduled as a mix of in-person events across April–June 2026 and online windows, with the CrossFit Games finals set for July 24–26, 2026, at the SAP Center in San Jose, California.
