Nintendo Switch 2’s 2026 calendar is starting to fill in with a dated third-party release in June, a family party game in fall, and more publishers signaling games behind the scenes. (nintendo.com) The clearest date so far is *Police Simulator: Patrol Officers*, which is listed on Nintendo’s U.S. store for June 4, 2026. Nintendo Everything, citing Astragon Entertainment and Aesir Interactive, said the Switch 2 version includes updates from the PC and console releases. (nintendo.com, nintendoeverything.com) Nintendo’s store says the game supports TV, tabletop, and handheld play, online play through Nintendo Switch Online, and cloud saves, with an estimated file size of 5.9 gigabytes. Nintendo Everything reported a $29.99 base edition, a $39.99 Gold Edition, a $49.99 Complete Edition, and a 20% pre-order discount on the base and Gold versions. (nintendo.com, nintendoeverything.com) A second addition is *Sanrio Party Land*, announced for both Switch 2 and the original Switch with a worldwide fall 2026 release window. Gematsu said the game lets players build an avatar in a town of Sanrio characters and play mini-games and board games together. (gematsu.com) That announcement also doubles as a publishing move. Gematsu said Hello Kitty owner Sanrio has launched a new in-house label, Sanrio Games, and plans another title this fiscal year plus about 10 titles by March 2029. (gematsu.com) The release picture is broader than the games with dates attached. THQ Nordic’s official games page currently shows seven “Unannounced Project” entries under Switch 2, alongside named releases such as *Gothic 1 Remake*, *The Eternal Life of Goldman*, *Fatekeeper*, and *Darksiders 4*. (thqnordic.com) Reports about those THQ Nordic listings circulated after updates to the publisher’s site over the weekend. TweakTown and Insider Gaming both said the page points to seven unannounced Switch 2 projects, while the same THQ Nordic page also shows multiple upcoming games already tagged for Nintendo’s new system. (tweaktown.com, insider-gaming.com, thqnordic.com) For now, the near-term calendar is still light on fixed dates, but it is no longer empty. June 4 now has a confirmed third-party launch on Nintendo’s own store, fall has a new cross-generation Sanrio title, and publishers are already reserving space for more Switch 2 games that have not been named yet.
