New AI protocol draft submitted to IETF

A new Internet-Draft for an "AI Boundary Declaration Protocol" (AIBDP) has been submitted to the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). The proposed protocol aims to create a standardized method for describing the boundaries of AI systems.
