New Restaurant Opening on Chicago Riverfront
CCB DineAmic will open a new restaurant under Chicago Cut Steakhouse on the riverfront. The restaurant will feature open windows and outdoor dining.
The new restaurant is part of a $37 million renovation to the 300 N LaSalle building, spearheaded by California-based real estate firm Irvine Company. DineAmic Hospitality, known for Chicago restaurants like Siena Tavern and Prime & Provisions, will operate the new venue. The upcoming restaurant, slated to open in the summer of 2026, will be Mediterranean-inspired. Chef Athinagoras Kostakos, also a partner in DineAmic concepts Lyra and Violi, will lead the culinary vision, highlighting flavors from Southern France, Spain, Italy, Greece, and more. The restaurant will be named NAIA and span 12,000 square feet with seating for 250 indoors and 150 on the patio. In addition to the restaurant, DineAmic will operate a private lounge for building tenants and a Greek-inspired coffee and pastry bar in the lobby. The coffee bar is expected to open in early 2026. DineAmic Hospitality strives to develop innovative and enduring concepts in the hospitality industry by creating extraordinary experiences for their patrons. Chicago Cut Steakhouse, located above the new restaurant, has been a River North staple since 2010, offering diners views of the Chicago River. It is known for its in-house butcher, dry-aging room, and extensive wine list. David Flom and Matt Moore are the proprietors.
