LA Startup Luxury Presence Hits $100M ARR Trajectory
Los Angeles-based Series C startup Luxury Presence is scaling rapidly, reportedly on track to hit $100M in annual recurring revenue. The company, which serves the real estate industry, is actively hiring for roles like Staff Software Engineer for its data platform, signaling continued growth in LA's later-stage startup scene.
Founded in 2016 by CEO Malte Kramer, a former Pepperdine basketball player and Stanford MBA, Luxury Presence provides an AI-powered marketing platform for real estate agents. The company's offerings include website design, marketing, and lead management services tailored for high-performing agents. The company has raised a total of $89 million from investors. Its latest funding round in January 2026 was a Series C for $22 million in equity and $15 million in debt, led by Bessemer Venture Partners. Notable angel investors include Zillow co-founder Spencer Rascoff, NBA champion Dirk Nowitzki, and NFL Pro Larry Fitzgerald. This latest capital injection is aimed at accelerating the development of Presence® CRM, an AI-driven relationship engine designed to help agents identify potential deals within their existing networks. The platform analyzes an agent's contacts and communication history, enriching it with third-party data to predict who is most likely to enter the real estate market. Luxury Presence serves over 87,000 real estate agents across 17,000 businesses. The company reports that agents on its platform grow six times faster and close nearly three times more transaction volume than their market peers. The platform supports over $450 billion in annual transaction volume across more than 400,000 listings. The company has seen rapid growth, achieving over 110% ARR growth since its Series B-1 raise in 2023. This positions it as a significant player in the proptech sector, competing with companies like BoomTown, MoxiWorks, and Agent Image by offering a unified system for marketing and client management. Founder Malte Kramer was inspired to start the company after observing the outdated tools used by top real estate agents. Before Luxury Presence, the German-born entrepreneur founded a fundraising app called Givrr. He has been recognized as a rising entrepreneur in the Los Angeles tech scene.
