Sebastian Bach Fronts Twisted Sister Tour

The frontman changeover follows the sudden departure of original singer Dee Snider in February 2026, who stepped down due to health issues. Snider, 70, cited degenerative arthritis and heart complications as reasons he could no longer perform at the high-energy level fans expect. His resignation led to the cancellation of the band's initially planned 50th-anniversary tour dates. Sebastian Bach, the former powerhouse vocalist for Skid Row, brings a similar high-octane stage presence and vocal range to the group. Bach fronted Skid Row during their most successful period in the late 1980s and early 1990s, which produced hits like "18 and Life" and "Youth Gone Wild." The tour is set to celebrate Twisted Sister's 50-year career, a milestone for the New Jersey-based band known for their glam rock aesthetic and rebellious anthems "We're Not Gonna Take It" and "I Wanna Rock." Fan reactions to Bach stepping in have been largely positive, with many seeing him as a fitting choice to honor Snider's legacy. Dee Snider himself has given his blessing to Bach, and the two remain friends. The revamped tour will see Bach join longtime Twisted Sister members Jay Jay French and Eddie Ojeda. The tour includes several festival dates across Europe, with select shows also planned for the United States.
