New EDM fest in Indio
Coachella organizers are launching a new EDM festival called Head Trip at the Empire Polo Club in October [https://www.desertsun.com/story/life/entertainment/music/2026/03/10/coachella-organizers-to-host-edm-festival-with-calvin-harris-skrillex/89083416007/], headlined by Calvin Harris, Skrillex, and Swedish House Mafia [https://x.com/GlobalDanceGDE/status/2031422323363033496].
The festival is scheduled for October 16-18 at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, the same location as Coachella and Stagecoach. Goldenvoice, the company behind Coachella, is organizing Head Trip. This marks a further expansion into the EDM scene for the company. Calvin Harris and Swedish House Mafia have headlined Coachella in the past. Skrillex also made a surprise appearance at Coachella 2023.
